BULLHEAD CITY – Two men, brothers age 39 and 45, drove to the Bullhead City Fire Station on Hancock Road with gunshot wounds Sunday evening, May 3. According to a Bullhead City Police Department spokesperson, they men reported they were involved in a shooting in the 1900 block of Colorado Blvd. Both men were treated and transported to a Las Vegas hospital. KINGMAN – Nobody was injured in an officer-involved shooting incident in Kingman late Sunday, May 10. Kingman Police Chief Rusty Cooper said the gunfire occurred about 11:30 p.m. in the vicinity of the Jack In The Box restaurant off Andy Devine Avenue. Cooper said one male suspect was taken into custody. No further details were provided.The Bullhead City police department is conducting an independent review, which is customary in officer-involved shootings.Bullhead City police department spokeswoman Emily Fromelt confirmed the involvement of her agency and said a press release will issue later today.

Umphress faces first-degree murder charge

MOHAVE VALLEY – A hatchet murder is under investigation in Mohave Valley. KINGMAN – They’re moving furniture into the building that housed the Kingman Kmart store for years.
