KINGMAN – A ten-year prison term was ordered Wednesday, April 15, for a Lake Havasu City man who has been convicted in five different criminal cases in the last nine years. Judge Billy Sipe imposed the harshest punishment possible under terms of the plea agreement entered for George Touchkov, 38. Touchkov’s latest law enforcement contact came during a traffic stop last November. Touchkov reportedly admitted involvement in the sale of methamphetamine and heroin when questioned by officers. MOHAVE COUNTY (April 15, 2020) – The Mohave County Health Department MCDPH-Nursing staff was notified this afternoon of another positive COVID-19 case in the Kingman service area. This individual is in the 20-44 age range, is in isolation and is recovering at home. Nurses will initiate the contact investigation soon; At this time it cannot be determined if the case is epidemiologically-linked to another case or travel-related.
