Golden Valley woman killed in fatal rollover

GOLDEN VALLEY – On Friday, Nov. 29, at about 11:15 p.m., Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies responded to the 3800 block of Mormon Flat Road in regards to a single vehicle roll over. While responding, the reporting party located the vehicle belonging to his mother and step-father overturned on the road. Steven Lucero, 66 of Golden Valley, was found along the side of the road near the vehicle. KINGMAN – On November 22, Kingman High School (KHS) hosted Lee Williams High School and Lake Havasu High School for the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Knowledge Bowl competition. Storm disrupts county television district

Due to the large storm experienced up in the Hualapai Mountains beginning Wednesday, November 27, and continuing through the Thanksgiving weekend, the Mohave County Television District experienced extensive damage to both a building and microwave equipment. This equipment feeds the television signals to the outlying translator sites. Alleged drug dealer found asleep at the wheel

KINGMAN – On Friday, November 29, at about 6:15 a.m., Kingman Police arrested Alejandro Antonio Amaro, 30 of Kingman, on multiple drug-related charges Officers responded to the report of a man asleep behind the wheel of a white Chevrolet truck in the intersection of Andy Devine Ave. and Airway Ave., and arrived to find Amaro asleep.  During the investigation Amaro was found to be in possession of over 16 grams of methamphetamine, a stolen firearm, and the associated drug paraphernalia.  Amaro was also found to be in possession of several cell phones, and a prohibited possessor of firearms.  Based on…
