Beale Street Film Festival accepting submissions for November event

KINGMAN, Ariz. — The Beale Street Theater (BST) is proud to announce that submissions are now open for the Beale Street Film Festival. The three-day festival invites independent filmmakers from around the world to share their creativity and storytelling on the historic BST screen.

The Beale Street Film Festival celebrates independent cinema by showcasing outstanding short films in a wide variety of genres. Whether your film is a comedy, drama, horror, thriller, documentary, animation, science fiction, fantasy, romance, music video, or experimental piece, filmmakers are encouraged to submit their work for consideration. All genres are welcome.

Films with a runtime of three to 30 minutes are eligible for submission. Selected films will be screened before live audiences at BST, giving filmmakers the opportunity to have their work experienced in a true theatrical setting while connecting with fellow creators and film enthusiasts. Filmmakers can submit their entries through FilmFreeway at: FilmFreeway.com/BealeStreetFestival

Submission Fees

? Regular Submission (September 4) $25

“The Beale Street Film Festival was created to provide a stage for emerging and established filmmakers alike,” said festival organizers. “We believe every great story deserves an audience, and we’re excited to celebrate the creativity and passion of independent filmmakers from every background and every genre.”

Audiences attending the festival can look forward to three days of unique storytelling, memorable performances, and cinematic creativity from talented filmmakers across the globe. From heartfelt dramas and edge-of-your-seat thrillers to laugh-out-loud comedies and imaginative animations, the festival promises an exciting and diverse lineup of independent films.

Brought to you by BST, the Beale Street Film Festival continues the theater’s mission of supporting the arts and providing opportunities for artists to share their work with the community.
