KINGMAN – City of Kingman Parks and Recreation Department has closed its doors to the public, following the new guidance from Governor Ducey’s office. Per the Governor, golf courses are to remain open during this time, however, the city is closing park restrooms, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, and ramada areas.
