Kingman Parks and Recreation closures

KINGMAN – City of Kingman Parks and Recreation Department has closed its doors to the public, following the new guidance from Governor Ducey’s office. Per the Governor, golf courses are to remain open during this time, however, the city is closing park restrooms, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, and ramada areas. Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course team members are sanitizing equipment, carts, and touch points to slow the spread of COVID-19. They are also limiting access to the pro shop and grill, as to adhere to CDC social-distancing guidelines. Take-out food options are still available at the Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course Grill by calling (928) 753-6593.

“We have fenced off playground equipment at all parks, and we’re asking for the community’s assistance in not removing that fencing and caution tape,” Kingman Parks and Recreation Director Mike Meersman said. “As following the governor’s new regulations regarding parks, we’re doing our best to keep people safe,” Meersman said.
