Dear Editor, Mitch McConnell finally released his proposal this week. I’m sure you’re not surprised, but the proposal is bad. Simply put, it does not match the scale of the crisis. What McConnell is proposing for families and public education is woefully inadequate given the expenses schools are facing to reopen safely and people are facing just to stay afloat. Dear Editor, First of all I am not a Republican or a Democrat. I vote for who I think will do the most good for America. Donald Trump brought jobs back, the stock market was the best its ever been. He stood up to other nations who would destroy us, got out of the deal with Iran which was a bad mistake of Obama and Biden. He stands with Israel which without a doubt is our best friend, everything was going great until the virus hit us. And now the Democratic party is even blaming him for that. I agree…

Dear Editor, I understand and affirm that black lives matter. Some of my dearest friends are black people. I love them and they matter. There are many black people, who I do not know, but they matter just the same. Red people matter. Yellow people matter. Brown people matter. White people matter. Coalminers, butchers, factory workers, plumbers, bakers, carpenters, waiters, cooks, physicians, attorneys, politicians, ditch diggers, ministers, writers, journalists, actors, sports heroes, laboratory researchers, pharmaceutical companies, nurses, secretaries, schoolteachers, EMTs, veterans, and service men and women, representing us in our branches of service, matter.   Of course, the list goes on and…
