Kingman Moose Lodge makes generous donation to ARC

KINGMAN, Ariz. – Moose Lodge 1704 in Kingman held a German Bavarian dinner Oct. 10 to raise money for ARC. The dinner raised $2,000. A check for that amount was presented to ARC in their store on Airway Ave., Tuesday, Oct. 27 by Kingman Moose Lodge President Shirley McCoy.

McCoy said Moose International has a new program that will help with care of physically and mentally challenged adults. They will be renovating three buildings on the Moose Heart Campus to house them, which will cost approximately $12 million.

“That fits right in with what ARC does. They work with and take care of physically and mentally challenged adults too,” McCoy said. “I’m very pleased we were able to give them $2,000.”
