Dear Editor, The D.A. and the courts take property owners, lien owners and banks’ rights away to protect thir property and investments. It takes nine months to a year-plus to evict people who don’t pay home or rent payments. These people will strip your property and have unsanitary conditions and destruction. If you go on your property, the D.A. will file charges of criminal trespassing and assault. The D.A. and court systems discriminate against the true owner of property. Dear Editor, The marijuana sellers who wrote Prop 207 had the marketing all figured out. This time, they would give the ballot proposition a respectable sounding name, tweak a couple of details without really limiting their potential market, and spread the word that this recreational marijuana proposition was “Smart and Safe.” Polling indicated their ploy was working. Polls consistently showed Arizona voters would likely support such a measure. Then, the details began to emerge. Voters learned Prop 207 does far more than decriminalize recreational marijuana. Dear Editor, I used to enjoy the news. Taking into account the week’s happenings, I’m really ashamed of all the negative press and commercials for both candidates. Where have all the good reporters gone? When did they decide to become liars and story tellers instead of telling the truth and inform the people of facts so we could make up our own minds about these candidates? Dear Editor, Halloween is typically a relaxed day for America’s kids to fill their coffers with candy. Children and adults often don their favorite wacky attire for a day of comic relief. Dear Editor, The Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce is in support of authorizing the City to sell and develop approximately 1813.40 acres of City-owned property located in the Kingman Airport and Industrial Park.  Having this land available for sale will encourage future industrial and airport growth as outlined in the 2019 Kingman Airport and Industrial Park impact analysis. The land has been formally declared as surplus property to be sold to interested companies or at public auction. Per statute any City-owned property valued above $1,500,000 must be referred to voters for authorization of sale. Passage of this initiative would eliminate…
