Equine sanctuary gets permanent home

Dear Editor,

Caring Hearts for Horses Sanctuary and Equine Outreach is relocating one final time. Since their arrival into the non profit sector here in Mohave County, they have been searching for a permanent home in Golden Valley. Thanks to a special Santa this dream has come true. This permanent home will allow CHH to stay available as a sanctuary for special needs and abused horses, a place for horse owners to reach out to and a stable place for teens and at-risk youth to work with horses learning essential life skills in their Equine Assisted Learning Program.

Over the next four weeks (by Dec 31) Caring Hearts for Horses is asking for your help to make their new home safe, sustainable and comfortable for the sanctuary horses to live out their days. And for the teenagers that are our future. Caring Hearts for Horses is in need of some specific basics to make this happen such as:

Utility Vehicle in the form of ATV, quad, gas powered golf cart, side by side utility. Only requirement is that it must run. Will be used on property only for essential ranch duties such as; feeding, landscape dragging of property and corrals, and many other general ranch duties.

Fencing: Field fencing to replace barbed wire for perimeter of property and horse areas. AKA cattle or horse fencing, 6ft T-posts, T post caps, electric poly rope 6mm, plywood, OSB or paneling

Gift cards for: Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply, Gas Cards, etc. would also make a strong contribution to the relocation process. Monetary donations are also welcome at Caringheartsforhorses.org/donations

Please join us in a Christmas to remember for these amazing creatures. All donations are tax deductible.

For more information, contact Mickey Saathoff at 928-719-7589, mail via www.CaringHeartsforHorses.org. Caring Hearts for Horses is a 501(c)(3) charity in good standing, EIN No. 81-4067927.
