Tisdale charged with theft, drug possession

KINGMAN – Kingman Police recovered a stolen vehicle Thursday, April 8. Officers had responded to a residence in the 4900 block of Scotty Dr. regarding a stolen vehicle being on the property.  Marty Brandon Tisdale, 39, of Kingman was observed fleeing on foot, and a subsequent foot chase ensued. Tisdale was taken into custody in the back yard of a nearby residence. Tisdale was found to be in possession of heroin, methamphetamine and the associated drug paraphernalia. Bullhead City marks 29th virus case for county

MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Department of Public Health (MCDPH)-Nursing staff was notified today of a positive COVID-19 case in the Bullhead City service area. The individual is in the 65+ age range, and is isolated and recovering at home. This case is epidemiologically-linked to a previous case. County nurses are currently in the process of the contact investigation. This new case brings to 29 the total positives cases in the county. There are now 14 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, including the two deaths, eleven in Kingman, and four in Bullhead City.

John Deere, tools stolen from bus barn

BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City Police arrested three people for stealing UTV’s out of the High School’s bus barn. On Friday, April 3, Mohave High School reported a burglary into the bus barn where a John Deere Gator and several tools were stolen. On April 7, the school reported another forced break-in where a Gator and a Club Car were stolen. MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County officials reported three more positive coronavirus cases Wednesday, and two Thursday, bringing the county total to 28. The latest two cases are from the Kingman area. County Communications Director Roger Galloway said a second death of an elderly person (65+) with underlying chronic health conditions has occurred in Lake Havasu City. MOHAVE COUNTY – Havasu Regional Medical Center has informed the Mohave County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) of the death of an elderly person (65+) with underlying chronic health conditions. This is the second COVID-19-related death in Mohave County. The first was also an elderly person hospitalized with underlying chronic health conditions in Lake Havasu City.
