KINGMAN – Kingman City Manager Ron Foggin has responded to critical communications from Airport Advisory Commission Chairman Carl Hays and Steve Johnston, the airport manager who has resigned his position (twice) and been sent home until his Nov. 13 exit date. MOHAVE COUNTY – Continuing debate over the merits of face cover during the COVID-19 pandemic turned a bit chippy during Monday’s Board of supervisors meeting. Supervisors circled back to another meandering discussion of county policy requiring non-exempt citizens to wear masks in county buildings and the board auditorium.
