Southwest Gas rate hearing to be held telephonically

BULLHEAD CITY – The Arizona Corporate Commission has announced they have scheduled two telephonic public comment meetings in regards to the Southwest Gas rate case impacting its Bullhead City customers. The first meeting was held Monday, Nov. 9. LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City will pay its mayor and city council members more than their tri-city counterparts when raises take effect in a little more than two years. MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County will continue enforcing Governor Doug Ducey’s COVID-19 pandemic-related restrictions and regulations for bars and restaurants, gyms and movie theaters, but the Board of Supervisors voted Monday to lower the range of potential sanctions for non-compliance. There was little discussion of fully ignoring enforcement of the Governor’s edicts, as staff members continue to say they don’t know what the consequences might be for the county.
