KINGMAN – The City of Kingman has plenty of upcoming road treatments and waterline/sewer projects that will affect some of the motoring public to adjust their travel accordingly. KINGMAN – Site preparation is underway where the Verde Building Corporation is constructing a Dutch Bros coffeehouse and a Filliberto’s restaurant on Stockton Hill Rd. (SHR) in Kingman. Oregon-based Cole Valley Partners is developing the 2.75-acre parcel just north of the True Value Hardware Store. “We’re fully permitted, started construction this week and Dutch Bros will be open in January,” said project manager Ryan Ramey.
