Board lowers COVID compliancy fines
MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County will continue enforcing Governor Doug Ducey’s COVID-19 pandemic-related restrictions and regulations for bars and restaurants, gyms and movie theaters, but the Board of Supervisors voted Monday to lower the range of potential sanctions for non-compliance. There was little discussion of fully ignoring enforcement of the Governor’s edicts, as staff members continue to say they don’t know what the consequences might be for the county.
