Can you do anything about America’s problems? Not really, but one thing.

Dear Editor, We are saturated with news in America. We know about the legal troubles of former President Donald Trump. Every day we are updated about the latest court proceedings and what is still to come. What can you do about it? Nothing. You didn’t loan Trump the money and he doesn’t owe you.  Loan officers from lending institutions worked these deals with Trump. It’s between Trump and them it seems to me. Every day you are bombarded with every detail of Trump’s legal issues from a woman he reportedly assaulted to a porn star who is dissatisfied with the hundred…

Advocating for More Than 30 Children: A Court Appointed Special Advocate Shares Her Journey

Dear Editor, I had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom which enabled me to volunteer regularly in my children’s classrooms, but as they moved into High School, I looked for another way to serve in my community. My husband was speaking with a co-worker who told him about the CASA program. I looked up our county program in Washington State where I was living at the time and became a CASA in 2007. We have saved many abused and malnourished burros which were also “adopted” from the BLM. As per the numbers of burros: 478 to over a million acres is ridiculous at best! Another government official reportedly states that there are several thousand burros in government holding facilities, not…

Fill the hole with a load of rocks

Dear Editor, Sixty minutes reported, on Sunday evening February third, about a gap in our border wall. The gap is reported to be about sixty miles east of San Diego and is a global destination for migrants from around the world. The news source reported that during a four day watch they personally witnessed about 600 illegal entries come through the small gap.  According to the report people from China are the fastest growing number of illegal immigrants coming into our country. Over 37,000 just last year which is a growing number. Stories were told about people who had sold…
