Motel robbery perp should not be allowed out

letter to the editor

Dear Editor,

I’m writing you about the motel robbery in Havasu. I’m a little confused as to why the D.A. or judge would allow a sex offender out on the streets after an invasion robbery. It seems that they will let a violent criminal back on the street for a little information. From my understanding the Dodge Durango belonged to Holmes, the firearms as well! Also, the BB gun. How is it that Holmes was the aggressor doing all the talking in the room and pointing the weapon as the others allegedly took his stuff. So his car, his gas, his weapons, his crime from what I’m told around the hood. I guess that’s what it takes to get out scott-free .

What a judicial system we have in the good old U.S. of A.
