Dear Editor, Valle Vista has a compliance committee! This means for you old property owners trouble! For the past number of years too many of you have been violating the bylaws and CL&Rs. So be nice to the new compliance committee volunteers as they try to enforce the rules in a reasonable way. Now would be a good time to get your property in order and start fresh on complying with our governing documents – all to the benefit of your neighbors and our beautiful Valle Vista. New owners will need your help to learn our rules, bylaws, and CL&Rs….
