Dear Editor, I keep hearing that the majority of Americans want to tear down and replace our flag “The Stars and Stripes” because it is racist. It frightens some people when it is flown on the back of a truck. I find that very interesting. I had always thought the “Stars and Stripes” was the Union flag during the war between the States. At the age of 65 he was retired and bored and bemoaned he had never been a business owner. He was aware of a family who had recently closed a business so he offered to buy it from them and even employed a family member to run it.
