KRW hosts State Land Commissioner

Lisa Atkins, State Land Commissioner, spoke at a recent Kingman Republican Women’s Club meeting to approximately 25 people about her duties as Land Commissioner and provided those present with maps depicting State land as well as other land ownership in the State of Arizona. She provided an historical perspective of State land and spoke about land sales, use of State land and the Trust and the recent sale of a section of State Land in the Phoenix area. Kitterman named Ripon College Dean’s List

Ripon College has announced its Dean’s List for the fall 2020 semester recognizing academic excellence. To qualify for the Dean’s List at Ripon College, students must achieve a 3.40 grade point average or higher on a 4.00 scale and complete at least 12 credits of regular letter-graded works. MOHAVE COUNTY – One of Mohave County’s primary supporters of President Donald Trump and a pair of prominent local democrats have wildly disparate assessments of what transpired at the nation’s Capitol Wednesday. Steve Robinson, the Golden Valley man who served as the local field organizer for the 2020 Trump campaign, said the President is not responsible for the insurrection, and subsequent desecration of the “People’s House”. Local organization working to bring human trafficking awareness

Futures Without Fear, the Mohave County Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence Coalition, is a newly formed multi-disciplinary coalition to build capacity, raise awareness and provide services to minor victims of human trafficking and domestic violence.
