BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – The Bullhead Senior Enrichment Center will be hosting a Fall Prevention seminar on Tuesday, Sept. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Join them for an informative and engaging event focused on reducing risks and promoting a safer, healthier lifestyle. Key topics will be safe movement, home safety tips, balance and strength, and fall risk reduction.
