Senior Health Fair Jan. 25

KINGMAN – Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) will host a Senior Health Fair on Saturday, Jan. 25 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at their Hualapai Mountain Campus, 3801 Santa Rosa. More than 25 community organizations will be on hand offering information on public programs, nutrition tips, and ways for seniors to improve their health and well-being. KINGMAN – The Philip Wisely Pro-Life group and the Knights of Columbus invite and welcome the Kingman community to a prayer service for life on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church on Spring St., at the Aborted Children’s Memorial. This pro-life organization will be praying the rosary for life from womb to tomb, as the 47th anniversary of Roe versus Wade is upon us.  This prayer service is held in coordination with the March for Life held in Washington, D.C., Jan. 24 and 25.

KINGMAN – The Kingman Mohave Lions Club will be offering free vision screenings at the Veteran’s Resource Fair Friday, January 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Kingman Elks Lodge, 900 Gates Ave. Other opportunities will also be available, including offering free HIV/HCV testing.
