LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man who admitted involving a four-year-old male relative in a sex offense is going to the Arizona Department of Corrections. LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City teenager involved in a violent, alcohol-fueled altercation with her fiance pleaded guilty Tuesday to an aggravated assault by domestic violence charge. Prosecutor Jefferson Pyper said Alexis Lamorie was 18 years-old when she and her girlfriend went out drinking before an argument escalated at the 25-year-old victim’s residence at 2840 Appletree Drive. Lake Havasu City police said Lamorie threatened the woman with a knife during the ensuing altercation. MOHAVE COUNTY – Five people employed at the Kokopelli Eye Institute in Kingman have been indicted along with the doctor who operates the business that also has branches in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Peoria, Wickenburg, Surprise, Glendale and Fountain Hills. Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich early this month announced the indictment of Dr. Michael Lee Ham in an alleged fraud and billing scandal.
