One of the hot topics and/or complaints discussed by many residents Mohave County over a cup of coffee and on the various social media outlets is the current condition of the county’s roadways. Mental health support available for at-risk first responders, families

MOHAVE COUNTY – The 100 Club of Arizona is introducing two new wellness apps to help first responders and their families with their physical and mental health during this time of crisis. The Kingman Police Department and Mohave County Sheriff’s Office have signed on to participate in the new app. The Bulletproof app is available now free of charge for all sworn officers and professional staff on any Apple or Android device, while the Fireproof app is for all sworn firefighters, fire department staff and family members and will be available soon through App Store and Google Play. Health officials confirm there are now 18 positive cases in Mohave County, 1 death

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County Department of Public Health (MCDPH)-Nursing has been notified this afternoon (4/5/20) of a positive COVID-19 case in the Lake Havasu City service area. The individual is in isolation and recovering at home. Our nurses are currently in the process of the contact investigation. There are now 10 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, six in Kingman, and two in Bullhead City. One of the 18 passed away and became the first COVID-19-related death in the county.
