TOPOCK – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a runaway teen. Justice Christine Bowers is 17 years old, 5’ 2” and approximately 115 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen on Monday, Nov. 18, at her home in Topock, and allegedly left in the middle of the night. Some 43 pounds of meth seized during traffic stop near Kingman

KINGMAN – On Thursday, Nov. 21, at about 8 p.m., the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET) confiscated 43 pounds of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of more than $1.9 million. According to an Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) press release, Israel Tellez-Nava, 35, of Las Vegas, NV, was the driver and sole occupant of a traffic stop on Interstate 40 at around mp 59. Detectives observed bundles of methamphetamine in plain view during the traffic stop and arrested Tellez-Nava on scene. Woman’s death ruled homicide; boyfriend charged with murder

FORT MOHAVE – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) detectives arrested Daniel Joseph Campbell, 55, of Rochester, MN, for second degree murder per domestic violence. On Wednesday, Nov. 20, at about 6 p.m., deputies responded to Boundary Cone Rd. and Hwy. 95 in Fort Mohave for a welfare check.
