KINGMAN, Ariz. – No one was injured in a July 25 fire on residential property in Kingman. Fire Department personnel responded at 6:25 p.m. to the incident at 2740 Wallapai Ave.

Public Information officer Beth Matthews said flames from a shed fire extended into the attic of one residence and singed the exterior of another home.

“All occupants were out of their residences when fire personnel arrived on scene,” Matthews said. “Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire, preventing further extension to both residences.”

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
