KINGMAN – The Kingman 9-1-1 Communications Center was awarded national accreditation on Friday, November 13, by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) in the Public Safety Communications program. MOHAVE COUNTY – Split votes in selecting a new Chairman and canvasing the Nov. 3 general election results highlighted Monday’s Mohave County Board of Supervisors meeting in Kingman. It began with Dist. 2 Sup. Hildy Angius’ motion to appoint Dist. 5 Sup. Ron Gould as Chairman for the next year as the Board has generally rotated in new leadership annually.
