MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County Manager Sam Elters used Monday’s Board of Supervisors meeting to shine bright light on internal achievement once again. This time Elters praised Economic Development Director Tami Ursenbach for prestigious recognition by the Arizona Association for Economic Development Association (AAED). Fulcher sentenced to 42 years in sex abuse case

KINGMAN – A 42.5-year prison term has been imposed for a Bullhead City man convicted of sex offenses involving a young woman and two young teenage girls. Jesse Fulcher, 39, was sentenced on Oct. 26 at the Mohave County Courthouse in Kingman. Judge Doug Camacho found Fulcher guilty of child molestation and six counts of sexual abuse of a minor in a bench trial concluded Sept. 15. Fulcher was also convicted of offering to furnish two of his victims with marijuana if they so desired. The oldest victim told Fletcher he scarred her for life. She said she can forgive…
