Dear Editor, Unemployed Americans need cash. We go to work in return for a paycheck. With unemployment we lose the paycheck. It’s a simple but very painful formula for millions of Americans. Paychecks pay the rent or the mortgage, the car payment, utilities, groceries and school clothes for the kids. Whatever amount the government will provide unemployed Americans are hoping will be on the generous side. The $600 a month boost has been a financial plus. The downside to this is the government is broke and doesn’t have this money to dole out. The deep hole of debt being dug for America’s grandchildren is staggering and shameful. Another downside is

Gordon B. Maloney, of Kingman, died Wednesday, July 8, 2020. He was 53. Mr. Maloney was born June 7, 1967 in Ft. Defiance, Ariz. Mr. Maloney was predeceased by his father Gordon Bahe, grandfather John C. Maloney, and grandmother Betty G. Cayedito. He is survived by a son Dakota John Maloney and a daughter Kayla M. Loretto; his mother Arlene Maloney and stepfather Harold J. Jones; and sisters Theresa Talker, Veronica Quintana, Bertha Flores, Andera Valdez, Shannon Jones, and Prudence Jones. A service will be held at His Sheep Ministries, 3886 N. Castle Rock Rd., Kingman, on Sunday, July 19 at 9 a.m., with Pastor Danny officiating. The family contact
