City of Kingman vehicle involved in traffic fatality

KINGMAN — The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a traffic fatality involving a Kingman City vehicle. Agency spokesman Bart Graves said the two vehicle collision on Historic Route 66 occurred at 5:47 this morning about seven miles north of the Kingman city limits.

Graves said one person was dead on scene and another was transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

City Manager Tim Walsh said the person taken to the hospital is a male city employee who was driving a pickup truck assigned to the Public Works Department.
