Caitlyn Roseborough of Golden Valley (86413) qualified for the Spring 2020 Dean’s List at Belmont University. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C. Approximately 53 percent of Belmont’s 6,313 undergraduate students qualified for the Spring 2020 Dean’s List.

For the past several years, I have been a volunteer at Kingman Regional Medical Center and it has been very rewarding. Recently though I have had some health issues which required several trips to the Emergency Department. Kingman should be proud to have such a fine hospital and excellent ED. I’m grateful to everyone for the wonderful care I received and especially nurse first Bonnie, phlebotomist Jovie, EKG Tech Karl, LNAs Anthony and Dora, PA Wyatt, RNs Owen and Lauren, and the amazing Richard Henderson, MD. As our nation goes through these times of tribulation and turmoil, I am reminded of “words”. Words are powerful, if used correctly. To many times we say things that devastate someone’s hope and dreams with what they say. Recently, I was grocery shopping and overheard this conversation, “Can you help me sanitize these carts please?” Answer: “No, that’s not in my job description”. I couldn’t help but ask, “Why not?
