BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – The Bullhead Senior Enrichment Center will be offering a Neighborly News & Networking program on Tuesday, Sept. 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This month’s topic is Surviving Spouse Tax Traps, an informative session designed to help surviving spouses understand common tax pitfalls and protect their financial future.
