Dear Valle Vista property owners and renters, As a property owner in Valle Vista you should have read the governing documents and passed along to your renters copies for them to read and follow. If a renter is not abiding by these governing documents the compliance committee can and will take action against the property owner. It would be prudent for property owners to advise their renters to comply with these regulations. And remember – No businesses allowed! In reading the article that documented the attempted Recall of Jean Bishop, published on March 1, 2021, I found myself raising an eyebrow to the comment in the first paragraph about how the ousting of Jean Bishop is over, “at least for now” as if to say that there will be another. If so, it would be a complete waste of tax payers money. The article points out how Robert Hall has “complained for months” that Bishop was somehow involved in nefarious acts against a pizza joint she loved to frequent herself. Does it even make any sense? Dear Editor, One problem with all Americans making a minimum of $15 an hour is that some business owners don’t make $15 an hour.  Hundreds of thousands of small business owners struggle every day to keep the lights on and the doors of their business open. The only way they can afford help is with people who are willing to work for a low wage. This is tough for all.
