Valle Vista has a compliance committee

Dear Editor,

Valle Vista has a compliance committee!

This means for you old property owners trouble! For the past number of years too many of you have been violating the bylaws and CL&Rs. So be nice to the new compliance committee volunteers as they try to enforce the rules in a reasonable way.

Now would be a good time to get your property in order and start fresh on complying with our governing documents – all to the benefit of your neighbors and our beautiful Valle Vista. New owners will need your help to learn our rules, bylaws, and CL&Rs. So be helpful. By every property owner doing their part we will hopefully not turn into a slum area.

Go Valle Vista!

  1. I’m so glad I do not live in valle vista, where some people have to little to do, so they make everyone else’s life miserable, I am basing this upon the letters and complaints to this “opinion section” .
I see the area often, and its growing rapidly, so YES, I’m glad there is some control (CCR’s)
but with the amount of letters and who knows how many ph calls , etc. its obvious, someone thinks they should “run the place”

kinda like a certain political party, !
