Judge Lee Jantzen recently ruled against Mayor Jen Miles recall petitioners, based on a 2019 State Supreme Court ruling that claimed the Statutes required attachment of the recall application be attached to each petition page. Dear Editor, The most recent attack at the United States Capitol will most likely insure a permanent fence and additional security. The attack which resulted in the loss of life for a long serving Capitol police officer and the attacker is another senseless violent act.  Recently we have heard about a brutal attack on a Filipino woman in New York City. Dear Editor, The followers of Jesus believed in his resurrection because they saw him alive after he was dead.  They had a powerful testimony of firsthand evidence seen with their own eyes.  Mary Magdalene saw Jesus first. In John’s gospel chapter 20:14-16 we have the recorded appearance. “Jesus said to her, Mary! She turned and said to him ‘Rabboni’ which is to say teacher.”  Jesus next appeared to Mary the mother of James, Salome and Joanna. Dear Editor, Procedure on what complainant must go through to file a complaint: Get a copy of the complaint form. This is an internal form. Fill out and make your own copy. County charges 25 cents per copy. Make sure they sign both forms and keep your copy as a record. Then wait! For the investigation of the complaint. The inspector will then categorize the complaint as unfounded, minor or major. These categories are very subjective based on the opinion of the inspector.
