Cassidy enters plea in sex exploitation
LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man is resolving his child pornography case in a plea agreement that will send him to the Arizona Department of Corrections. Casey Cassidy, 30, pleaded guilty Thursday, April 4 to two counts reduced to attempted sexual exploitation of a minor. The convictions involve Cassidy’s receipt and possession of electronically transmitted images of underage minors engaged in sexually exploitive exhibition or activity.
