Missing White Hills man found deceased

WHITE HILLS – The search for a man reported missing in the White Hills area ended when his body was discovered Tuesday, July 9. Adam Reigh, 45, was reported missing after he was last seen leaving a friend’s house alone at 3 a.m. on July 3.

Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue (SAR) began looking for Reigh after his friends located his vehicle in the desert near White Hills on July 5. The search ended four days later when Reigh’s body was located at 6 a.m. in a remote and rugged wilderness area.

“There are no indications of foul play and it appears he succumbed to the elements,” an SAR Facebook post said. “The body has been conveyed to the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office for further examination.”
