Third annual Street Eats on 66

KINGMAN – The Kingman/Golden Valley Association of REALTORS is hosting their third annual Street Eats on 66 event on Saturday, April 13. Street Eats will be held at the Lewis Kingman Park, 2201 E. Andy Devine Ave. from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There will be a beer garden hosted by local breweries and two local bands will be performing throughout the day. BCSD schedules meeting to discuss Title I funding, seek parental input

BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City School District will hold a public meeting April 11 todiscuss Title 1, a federal grant program for school districts with large concentrations of low-incomestudents. Madril sentenced for sex assault at bar

KINGMAN – Alcoholism was cited as a partial explanation but not an excuse during an April 1 sentencing hearing for a man who committed a sex offense at a Kingman bar in the 4400 block of Stockton Hill Rd. Pedro Madril, 47, previously pleaded guilty to sexual abuse for using his hand to assault a woman last Sept.
