BHC offers Design the Bull Coloring Contest

BULLHEAD CITY – The City of Bullhead City is sponsoring a design the bull coloring contest with great prizes for local students. The Bullhead City 2020 Census design the bull coloring contest is open to all students preschool through fourth grade who attend school in Bullhead City. Completed coloring sheets can be turned into your school principal office by March 12, for judging. All coloring sheets must include the student’s complete name, school, teacher, and grade to be judged. Deputy injured during chase

A deputy suffered minor leg injuries after a law enforcement vehicle pursuit from La Paz County ventured north into Mohave County Wednesday, Feb. 4. Spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said the Mohave County Sheriff’s office was notified at 7:20 p.m. that the  chase of a 2016 Mini Cooper entered south Mohave County near the Bill Williams Bridge on Highway 95.   Mortensen said the suspect vehicle entered and quickly exited Cattail Cove State Park where a La Paz County sheriff’s deputy was staged near the entrance.    “The deputy positioned himself outside of his vehicle attempting to stop the suspect,” Mortensen said. “During…

KINGMAN – Saturday and Sunday , February 29- March 1, a Tristate Women’s Expo was held a the Mohave Fairgrounds. The event had more than 90 vendors participating this year. Of all the vendors, there were: Cosmetic Facial Tattooing, Color Street, Oasis Day Spa, Ashley’s Tu-Tully Cute Boutique, Baby Meets World 3D/4D Ultrasound Studio, Sweet Peas Photography, Hidden Treasures and many more.
