Governor Doug Ducey announced last Friday the appointment of Judge Cynthia Bailey to the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division I.   Judge Bailey is a dedicated public servant, serving in all three branches of Arizona government. She has been a judge with the Maricopa County Superior Court since 2012, achieving broad experience in the civil, criminal and family divisions. Eight new virus cases, bringing total to 96 for county

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (April 26, 2020) The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified late this afternoon eight new COVID-19 positive cases, all in the Kingman service area. The county total is now 96, including 4 deaths. Today (04/26/20) MCDPH-Nursing was notified of seven COVID-19 positive cases in the Kingman service area and one in the Lake Havasu City service area. The Lake Havasu City case is in the 65+ range, is hospitalized, and is epidemiologically linked to another case.  Four of the Kingman cases are hospitalized with one in the 45-54 age and an investigation is in process…

88 COVID-19 Total With 5 New Kingman Cases

The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified early Saturday evening of five new COVID-19 positive cases, all in the Kingman service area. The county total is now 88, including 4 deaths. The contact investigations have been initiated and all five individuals have been determined to be epidemiologically-linked to other confirmed cases. Latest victim from Kingman area, bringing total of cases to 83 MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (April 25, 2020) The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified late this morning of the fourth death of COVID-19 in Mohave County. The person was in the 65+ age range and was hospitalized at Kingman Regional Medical Center. This is a new case and is epidemiologically-linked to another case. Mobile home fire claims life

BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City an died from fire-related injuries Friday, Aril 24. Bullhead City firefighters responded to a doublewide mobile home fire in the 1400 block of Verde Dr., where heavy flames were coming out of the windows and roof. According to a fire department spokesperson, one person had safely evacuated the residence before firefighters arrived, who reported that a man was still inside the burning home.
