BOULDER CITY, Nevada – As people head out to explore the outdoors this weekend, park officials are asking visitors to plan ahead for the high temperatures. “Temperatures are rising around the Las Vegas Valley, if you are headed out for a hike or a bike ride please bring plenty of water along for you, your family and those furry friends,” said Superintendent Margaret L. Goodro. One of the popular locations within the park is the Historic Railroad Trail. So far, 39 bites recorded statewide in 2020 As Arizonans get out to experience the trails and outdoors, it is important to remember that Arizona is home to 13 species of rattlesnake.
