Arsonist pleads to setting neighbors car afire

KINGMAN – Authorities say it was an ongoing feud that resulted in a Kingman man torching the inside of his neighbor’s vehicle. Everett Coulter, 64, pled guilty Wednesday to arson of a structure. Police reports indicate Coulter allegedly used flammable material and cloth to light the inside of his neighbor’s vehicle at 3130 North Prescott Street on July 22. Plea hearing postponed pending mental health exam

KINGMAN – Monday’s change of plea hearing for a Kingman man charged with second degree murder was postponed.
