Flores, majoring in Culinary Arts, earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction. Paul Smith’s College is a four-year institution of higher education in the Adirondacks.

BULLHEAD CITY – One dog remains at large, one was rescued and a third perished in a mobile home fire in the 1300 block of Ramar Rd., on Saturday, Dec. 28. The residents of the home were able to evacuate safety; two women were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation, and taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for evaluation. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
