Children’s Celebration
The Children’s Celebration is Saturday, December 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Rotary Community Park. Event includes arts and crafts, cookies from LHC firefighters, bounce houses, train rides and hot dogs and hamburgers provided by Lake Havasu Firefighters Charities. Bring a donation of non-perishable food items or unwrapped toys. Donations are distributed throughout the community. Don’t forget to bring your camera! Santa is making a special visit from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., to find out who has been naughty and nice.
Gingerbread House Decorating Night
Join Lake Havasu City Parks Dept., on Tuesday, December 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., for an evening of decorating gingerbread houses with your favorite candies and trimmings. Participants must be five years old. All participants must be accompanied by an adult. Cost is $15 per participant. Space is limited and registration is accepted at the Aquatic Center or online at https://register.lhcaz.gov
