Chloride VFW Aux 2190 held an Underwear Luncheon prior to Veterans Day to collect items needed by Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany where many U.S. injured military are admitted. A luncheon of lasagne, bread, salad, cookies was held and socks and underwear donations were received.

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists with travel plans on State Route 95 in Lake Havasu City his month to plan ahead and expect delays of up to 15 minutes for pavement-treatment work. Work is scheduled to occur now through Friday, Nov. 22, and from Sunday, Nov. 24, through Wednesday, Nov. 27. GOLDEN VALLEY – Golden Valley Fire Battalion Chief David Martin, Captain Boyd Lewis and firefighters from Station #11, along with DPS law enforcement, responded to a two-vehicle accident at 2:50 p.m., today, at the intersection of Highway 68 and Aztec Drive.
