Drivers should plan ahead for delays The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists with travel plans on State Route 95 in Bullhead City Wednesday, Oct. 2, and Thursday, Oct. 3, to plan ahead and expect delays of up to 15 minutes for pavement-treatment work. North- and southbound lane closures are scheduled to occur from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Pass Canyon Road to the Laughlin Bridge/Bullhead City Parkway intersection (mileposts 247-250).
