The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue is excited to extend our congratulations to one of their searchers who has completed and passed her K9 HRD certification with her search dog Lily! These dogs can be used to find human remains related to crime scenes, old missing persons cases, small scent sources, and natural or man-made disaster events. We are looking forward to working with her team, as they are a valuable resource!

Davis Camp admission will be restricted to 2,000 adults daily MOHAVE COUNTY – Late Thursday afternoon, the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of 10 new COVID-19 cases, plus two deaths. Both deaths were in the Kingman service area. One of them is a person not previously recorded. That person was in the 80-89 age range. This year’s camp environment stresses the importance of safety for all of our participants, staff and families. It is our goal to create an environment focused on protocols that protect everyone who participates in Sunshine Summer Camp.
