MCC Lake Havasu campus dean announces retirement MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College will say goodbye to a familiar face at the end of the school year. Lake Havasu campus dean, Jann Woods, will retire from MCC.   This is the second time Woods will retire from MCC. The first time she was Dean of Student Services and retired in 2013. KINGMAN – A beautiful new retro addition to Downtown Kingman…a neon sign that rivals the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign… and one you’ll want to get your picture taken in front of! Thank you to the City of Kingman and the Powerhouse Visitors Center for hosting an entertaining (and virtual) lighting of the newest gateway entrance into nostalgic Downtown. KINGMAN – The City of Kingman is starting long line striping of roads starting Tuesday, May 26. Typical times will be from 5:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday. Crews will start with the yellow striping, and then white striping at a later date. Crews will only occupy one lane, and in most areas, drivers will be able to drive around striping vehicles, however we ask drivers to use caution around crews. The city recommends drivers not drive through newly applied paint but depending on temperatures, paint can dry within about 30 seconds. The schedule will be dictated by…
