MOHAVE COUNTY – The citizens of Mohave County can expect the following road maintenance activity during the week of July 6:
Arizona Strip: Road grading on Mud Mountain Rd.
Kingman: Road grading on 1) Jan Rd., 2) Olympic Ave. 3) and Water Tank Rd. Crews will be crack sealing on Sierra Vista Ave. They will be repairing the right of way, repairing pot holes and clearing drivers’ line of sight in the Butler area.
Hackberry: Road grading on Antares Rd.
Wikieup: Road grading on Bogles Ranch Rd.
Yucca: Road grading on 1) Alamo Rd., 1) Charlotte Dr., 3) Trigger Rd. 4) Daytona Dr.
Hualapai Mtn. Area: Road grading in the Pinion Pines Estates area.
Golden Valley: Road grading on S: 1) Kevin Dr. from Oatman Rd. to North Boundary Track 3013, 2) Morgan Dr. from Oatman Rd. to McConnico Rd. and 3) Kirkland Rd. from Shinarump Dr. to Patagonia Dr. SW: 1) Elfrida Rd. from Bolsa Dr. to end of maintenance and 2) Elgin Rd. from Bolsa Dr. to end of maintenance. NE: 1) Horn Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Chino Dr., 2) Houck Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Chino Dr. and 3) Hunt Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Chino Dr. NW: 1) Egar Rd. from Agua Fria Dr. to Chinle Dr., 2) Chinle Dr. from Dilkon Rd. to Egar Rd. and 3) Dilkon Rd. from Chinle Dr. to Mancos Dr.
Chloride: Road grading on Old Boulder Dam Hwy. from Mineral Park Rd. to Mile 1. Pulling road shoulders on Chloride Rd. from Hwy. 93 to Tennessee Ave. and on Tennessee Ave. from Chloride Rd. to end of maintenance.
Meadview: Road grading on Antares Rd. from Mile 22.2 to Mile 36.
Mohave Valley: Road grading in the Mohave Mesa area of Fort Mohave. Street sweeping in the Desert Lakes area of Ft. Mohave. Also, they will be street sweeping in the Golden Shores area of Topock. Building up road shoulders on Vanderslice Rd.
Lake Havasu: Pulling road shoulders in the Horizon 6 area of Lake Havasu City.
Heavy Road Maintenance Projects:
Pierce Ferry Rd. Widening — Week of July 6 — Paving eastbound widened section and non-motorized trail to Mt. Tipton School.
Vanderslice Rd. / From the MCSO substation for one mile north (North of reservation Rd.) — June 8 through July 21 — CEMEX: One mile of concrete pavement
El Rodeo Rd. / Hwy 95 to Mountain View Rd. and Mountain View Rd. / El Rodeo Rd. to Joy Ln. — July 21 through July 23 — Cactus Asphalt: Placing rubberized chip seal.
