Fewer students in the state are advancing their education after high school, according to recent Arizona Education Progress Meter data released by Education Forward Arizona and Center for the Future of Arizona. While the lag is due, in part, to ongoing impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, an ongoing decline in enrollment at two-year institutions persists since its peak a decade ago. Bullhead woman killed in traffic accident

BULLHEAD CITY – On July 28, at about 6:39 pm., the Bullhead City Police Department dispatch center received a report of a truck hauling a trailer that had become disabled on  eastbound Highway 68 between McCormick Boulevard and Davis Dam Road. The report indicated the trailer of the disabled vehicle was partially obstructing a lane of travel. An officer was dispatched to the area and at 6:50 pm, another caller reported that a vehicle had struck the trailer.
