BULLHEAD CITY – Interested and eligible Bullhead City residents are invited to submit applications and letters of interest for possible appointment to the seat left vacant by the death of Vice Mayor Kathy Bruck. The council veteran died in hospice care Tuesday, Oct.5 after suffering a massive stroke on Thursday, Sept. 30. The Deputy Secretary of the Interior proposes to withdraw 2,598 acres of public lands within the Bill Williams River National Wildlife Refuge, subject to valid existing rights. Fairgrounds operations begin transition

KINGMAN – Public Works Director Steve Latoski will detail the transition plan for bringing the Mohave County Fairgrounds operations in-house during the next Board of Supervisors meeting. Latoski will outline the sequence of tasks that will occur as the County ends its lease arrangement with the Fair Association at the end of the year.
